About Enyrgy

Enyrgy Inc. is a private health technology company in Phoenix, Arizona, founded in 2023. Its Enyrgy Vitamin D Primal Light Platform is a home UVB device that emits over 90 percent UVB and under 10 percent UVA, verified by an independent laboratory, the inverse of natural sunlight's roughly 95 percent UVA. A session runs two to four minutes and supports vitamin D synthesis, nitric oxide release and serotonin production. The app calculates each user's dose from their skin type and ends the session automatically.

What is the evidence

In a 12-week study of the five participants, average vitamin D rose from 39.96 to 84.20 ng/mL, and all five reached the optimal range. It was a small study with no control group, run at four to six sessions per week with skin types II to IV. A larger independent trial is being planned. See the FAQ and The Science.
