SAFETY
How the platform manages exposure and contraindications.
When you set up your profile, the app assesses your Fitzpatrick skin type (I through VI) and calculates your personal Minimal Erythemal Dose, the amount of UVB that supports vitamin D synthesis without a burn. Each session lasts two to four minutes, set by your skin type.
The session ends automatically when your threshold is reached. The device does not allow a manual override. The app tracks your cumulative exposure across sessions and allows no more than one session per day.
We recommend consulting your doctor to evaluate whether Enyrgy Light Therapy is right for you.
